Akwaaba or a  warm welcome to my  blog!

I am NaNa Asare, a Wheaton College alum and a Thomas J Watson Fellow. This blog is dedicated to my post-graduate journeys beginning with a year abroad as a Watson Fellow and the many years after that.

I am very passionate when it comes to learning about new cultures, people, social structures and the health and well being of people in underserved communities around the world. I am always eager to further my knowledge as a global citizen and live my life knowing I can make impacts in peoples lives. I will be spending a year traveling to Peru, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Nepal and Thailand in persuit of my project and bettering myself.

You can also learn about me through my Facebook or professional network on LinkedIn. Thanks and I hope you enjoy this blog
